Instructions
Pour 300 ml of boiling water (90°) over a filterbag in a cup. Let it steep for 5 minutes preferably covered. Drink up to 3 times a day.
Properties
Sweet Chamomile has sedative and antispasmodic properties that help against intestinal cramps and spasms. Highly digestive, it helps eliminate flatulences, alleviates nausea and vomiting. It also relieves the symptoms of common cold and strengthens the immune system. Externally used, it is useful for treating minor skin inflammations, irritations, sunburns and superficial wounds.
