Instructions

Prepare an infusion with 2 to 6 g of product in 300ml of boiled water and let steep for 5 minutes preferably covered. Drink up to 3 times daily.

Properties

Relieves emotional problems such as stress, anxiety and insomnia. Helps fight hypertension. Used externally, its antifungal effects relieve vaginal infections and candidiasis.

Me hago mis propios saquitos ambientadores de lavanda y me encantan. El aroma es muy duradero, me da más confianza hacerme mis propios ambientadores porque no me fío de lo que llevan otros saquitos que venden ya hechos. También uso la infusión para meterla en una botellita tipo spray y rociar cojines y ropa de cama, parece mentira pero sí es relajante.
