Instructions
Prepare an infusion with 2 to 6 g of product in 300ml of boiled water and let steep for 5 minutes preferably covered. Drink up to 3 times daily.
Properties
Mainly used against gastrointestinal spasms and slow digestion, it is also suitable for controlling cases of anxiety, hypertension, insomnia or nervousness. Used externally it is used against sinusitis for relief of irritated skin around the nostrils.
