Instructions

Prepare an infusion with 2 to 6 g of product in 300ml of boiled water and let steep for 5 minutes preferably covered. Drink up to 3 times daily.

Properties

Purifying and diuretic action. Beneficial against rheumatism, gout and arthritis. Anti-anemic. Its mineralizing properties combat malnutrition.

Me la recomendaron porque me sentía algo débil y cansada. Normalmente tomo una infusión después de comer e incluso he empezado a incluirla en algunas cremas, puede ser utillizada como las espinacas, por ejemplo. Han pasado unos meses y ahora me encuentro mucho mejor. Funciona!
